I deliberately decided to use the St. Galler Coaching Model, because it has been scientifically validated and is proven to have a long lasting effect.

The main aspect of this model is the development of individual values. To open up values, which already exist in your personality and to activate those which are hidden deep within in order to trigger new potentials.

By understanding and looking more thoroughly at your train of thoughts in actions and repeating strategic patterns, you will be able to consider different behavior options in future.
